Autism and ADHD support

Support group for anyone who is either diagnosed or curious about their neurodiverse status. This will be a monthly evening group where you can connect with others and discuss the challenges you are facing. 

This group is run with two experienced psychotherapists.

We have a current monthly support group. A new group will start up once we have enough on our waiting list. Please contact me for more details and to be signed up for the waiting list.
